I used to joke that we should put a sweatshop across the street from middle and high schools, and the kids who disrupt and won't do anything can go work there. Then, for every kid that gets sent over to the sweatshop, a student from a developing nation who had been working as a child laborer can get brought into the school and get that kid's seat.
