I wrote a few weeks ago about how the Texas anti-abortion law that deputizes vigilantes is going to be another way of going after public school teachers. Most fascist regimes attack teachers and public schools and install their own propaganda as "curriculum." As such, the far-right's cuts in funding to pubic schools, 30-year media blitz against public schools and teachers, and current aggressive appearances at school board meetings over vaccines, masks, and now "critical race theory" is right on schedule.
I loved this article because it shows us all that there are ways to resist. I hope it's OK that I linked this article in the comments on my article.
