It sounds to me like you’re framing Critical Race Theory as “Marxist” and as a “power struggle” and then you’re using your own definitions to justify why people like you dislike it.

CRT is an obscure academic theory that was taught in law schools and maybe in fields like sociology. Fox News and their minions appropriated it and used it to describe any effort in schools to teach about slavery, racism, or systemic injustice. Because they never defined it clearly themselves, they now use it as a blanket term to attack anything they dislike.

I was using the non-definition of CRT that the fascist propaganda sources popularized and then used as a pretense to send their Brownshirts to threaten teachers and citizens serving on local schools boards. You’re right that, since I was using their term, I probably should have put it in quotes.
